What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit, credit, paypal, etransfer, cash, and cheque payments.

What is your availability?

We are available for appointments from 9AM to 7PM every week Monday-Thursday and Sunday. Please book using MassageBook to see our schedule and time slots.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the booked appointment that you are cancelling or else there will be a charge of $50 saved in your file. Additionally, if you do not show up to your appointment without notifying the therapist at least 24 hours prior, the full fee of the appointment will be saved in your file or charged directly to your credit card.

Is the information that I give you secure and private?

Neshama Therapy follows a very strict privacy policy. All patient information is kept secure and private.

Can You Provide A Receipt?

We can absolutely provide a receipt for you. We are able to provide Registered Massage Therapy as well as Acupuncture receipts.
